Hate to read too much into things.

Maybe this was just a rookie mistake by Denver Broncos coach Josh McDaniels.

Or maybe three straight losses and the locomotive that is the Chargers closing in on him is getting to McDaniels.

"First, I'd like to give credit to the Chargers and Coach Zorn," McDaniels said Sunday at FedEx Field after the Broncos lost, 27-17, to the Washington Redskins.

    Wow!

NFL head coaches measure almost every word that comes out of their mouths in those postgame press conferences. That was a major slip that betrayed he is at least looking forward (and looking over his shoulder).

The Broncos might have a bunch of new players, but there are enough of them still there to remember the epic collapse of 2008, wherein they became the first team in the modern era to lose a three-game division lead in the final four games of a season.

Still seven games to go, but the Broncos are in danger now of becoming the first team in the modern era to begin a season with six victories and have larger than a three-game lead and not win their division.

I guess he's practicing for next weeks postgame speech except replace "Zorn" with "Turner". You think the Chargers are on his mind now??? :icon_huh:

The Donk's are the one team that I'd love nothing more than a total Physical beat down. I know most of y'all hate the Raiduds or Chef's, well I can't stand the Donk's even worse.

Win by 1, 2, or 30... I don't care as long as we win.

And nice to see we're in his head.

Young McDaniels got the frame from Shanarat very quickly.
And with the Raidurs so deep down in the mud, Donkeys get the trophy for the best hated team in AFC west.
