When we were down at the half, I decided to put on my brand new Charger knitted cap that my wife got me for Christmas. I believe that the wardrobe change had a positive impact, as my beloved Bolts proceeded to OWN the second half!

Here I am post-game, in a very drunken state:

    Anyways, PROPS TO ME!!

In the first half, I wore my Luis Castillo jersey. I had worn it for our win over the Donks last month, so I knew it had good karma.

But, all season I had worn my Rivers Navy blue jersey while watching games at home. I switched to that jersey at halftime.

For attending road games, my white Alworth throwback is 2-0 (at SF, and at Tennessee).

I'm 4-0 in my powder blue Rivers jersey (inc. yesterday) and it won't see a washing machine until we lose.

Here's hoping I don't wash it until at least September

Nice job Shammy. I'll be wearing my knit cap at kickoff next week. We'll need karma for four quarters against Indy.

Funny you should say that, My wife has combinations of cloths that she wears for road games and home games. As the Bolts falter, she will change cloths. This week, she changed from a Dark blue Jamal jersey to a powder blue LT. Next thing I know is we score a touchdown. This isn’t the first time this has happened.

Your hat looks great! Keep it close at hand next week.

I'm just glad my lack of a non-fat, triple-venti, vanilla latte' didn't jinx us, or make me too grumpy.

Much love to CC for the bottomless coffe jug.

It was the Rivers jersey that BDH bought me and the fat sack of weed EC found when he was walking his dog in pre-season. Both were firsts and added up to this. Your cap and attire - well - ok get some props.

My daugther never wears her LT jersey... I told her to wear it to our in laws house (where we watched the game). She said "no way"...She noted that she had not worn it all year and didn't want to bring bad luck...She told me she would bring it and put it on if we needed the luck to change... At half, I flirted w/having her put it on...I decided against it and she did not wear it the entire game. This my fellow bolt fans, this is why, we the Chargers defeated the Titans....

    She is 11.

I too made a headwear change at halftime. For the first half, I wore a Chargers has that I'd bought earlier this year. I really had not worn it since the first KC game. After we sucked in the first half, I gave it to my dad and told him he had to wear it for the 2nd half. After we dominated the 2nd half, I told my dad to keep the hat and be sure and wear it for every Charger game. I:tup:

since we all are going with what made us win our playoff game:

I usually wear my Chargers hat backwards but for the tailgate and for the first half I wore it the right way a cap is supposed to be worn. It was my bad MoJo on that which got me to thinking it was my hat that kept the Bolts from scoring. I then turn around my hat so the bill is in the back. I did this right after the kick off in the Second half. The following drive is when we were able to get a field goal. For the rest of the game I wore my hat backward like it needed to be.

That is my luck story and the rest is Playoff win history.

I’m glad to hear my house hold is not the only place insane enough to believe we can influence our teams’ performance by how much we cheer, or by what we wear. The minute Bolt fans stop believing we can influence our teams path to victory is the minute we cease to be fans!

The Chargers are 5-0 over the last two years in games where someone I brought is at their first Chargers game ever, and yesterday made it 6-0!
