    1. San Diego Chargers (12-2) – With all due respect to the other quality left tackles in the AFC, rookie Marcus McNeill might be the best of the bunch this season. If the NFL draft were held again today, he'd be a top 5 pick and go ahead of the Jets' D'Brickashaw Ferguson.

Thankgod mcneil is on our team. The chargers have needed a really good left tackle for more than a decade and knock on wood we have one now.

Tiny Spiny McNeill rules. If anyone on the team deserved to go to Hawaii it was him. But you gotta pay your dues in this league, especially in the grunt positions. I totally agree with the above post, if he stays healthy he has a decade of ProBowls ahead of him.

Rodney Harrison was on Fox Sports Radio today and they asked him to pick the offensive rookie of the year from three choices (none of which were on the Chargers) and he named McNeill.

All of the TD records and Rivers hype has overshadowed McNeil but for a lot of die hard fans the real story is McNeil with out his play the Bolts would not be the A.F.C. West Champ ,their would be no T.D. record and Rivers would not be in the pro bowl.

Two broken hands second round pick that every team past on .

He and that old OL coach Henry sure could make a great Movie or book. He is a ALL -Pro vote or no vote.

    10. Marcus McNeill, OT, Chargers: Here is the surprise of the season. McNeill finished higher than any other rookie in the Pro Bowl voting. Playing left tackle, he's allowed only two sacks and stabilized the Chargers' offensive line. He has been physical on running plays. He is an alternate behind Jonathan Ogden, Willie Anderson and Tarik Glenn. As a rookie, McNeill is recognized as the fourth-best left tackle in the AFC. That's pretty good.
