It'll be either Oliver, Cason (hope not), Hart or Gregory unless we draft someone and this is a pretty weak Safety class. Still I kinda would have preferred to have some vet there

Is James Farrior still a FA, or did he resign with Pitt?

The worst part about it was that he signed a one year contract for 3 million.

We should have been able to afford him for one year before all the big contracts come due.

Well, we know AJ. He'd rather rustle through the scrap metal in the late rounds and pray they work out, rather than give a proven player any amount of money.

...AJ missed a few boats. By overpaying for Castillo, Tucker, Wilhelm, etc..he has effectively crippled the Bolts ability even get anyone to seriously consider them. Canty would have been a beast in our 3-4, freeing Merriman like he did Ware. Didn't he sign for Castillo money? Now Igor is gone and although he wasn't that good, who's proven to be able to replace him? There were a few decent safeties who could have helped a weak area but none of them were even looked at. Green Bay is doing (or not doing) the same thing and is getting picked apart by their fans.

If AJ proves to be right and everything works out...I'll be the first to admit I'm wrong and STFU! But if AJ proves to be phucking up, like some of us are saying, I'd appreciate not being asked to chew on gawd's nut sacks for doubting his all emcompassing talent.
