    CHULA VISTA – Chargers executives set foot on Chula Vista turf yesterday in the team's first scouting visit for a new stadium site in San Diego County.

    Team President Dean Spanos arrived at 9 a.m. at City Hall for a private tour with Councilman John McCann and Mayor Steve Padilla of the city's swaths of undeveloped land.</blockquote>
