    <font class="newstext"> County Supervisor Dianne Jacob said she is beginning to wonder whether the Chargers are serious about staying in San Diego County. </font>

    <font class="newstext"><strong> </strong> She is miffed that team spokesman Mark Fabiani criticized a plan by San Diego city and county officials to help the Chargers get a new stadium. The officials announced the plan Friday. </font>

    <font class="newstext">Jacob, who is helping lead the county's stadium effort, said she was surprised the team didn't view the plan as a new opportunity to work with the city and the county.</font></blockquote>
