The eggs that were used were not licensed by the NFL. Those fans might get fined for that...

    Stay classy Okeland.

Not sure what you're trying to say was implied here. The watermelon and food stamp comments were made by two different people and weren't directly in relation to each other.

Or were you just making a subtle racist joke in reply?

I was inferring that it was implied from the food stamp comment that poor people are criminals and the watermelon comment is self explanatory. Yes I am aware that they are two different
posters and they are related in the fact that they are in the same thread.
They came off to me as anti-poor people and anti-black people.

I'm sure that the posters were "only joking" and that I'm taking this "way too serious", because
some of "my best friends are black", etc....

So I called a couple of posters out and no I wasn't joking subtly or in any other form.

But nobody said anything about race.

One person mentioned watermelons and another person mentions food stamps and you're the one who jumped to the conclusion that they must be referring to black people?

Don't get ahead of them lest you're the one who sounds racist.

You asked if it was implied. I gave my answer. That's how it came off to me. Reread that last sentence.
I'm not the one who brought up food stamps or watermelons. I said that it seemed anti-poor and anti-black (to me) and you insist that I defend myself because I sound racist? Up is down, left is right....black is white.

You're not the one who brought up food stamps or watermelons but you are the one who insisted that they are specifically tied to black people, and you're doing it here again.

Why do you assume H8r wasn't talking about white people throwing watermelons and/or having them thrown at them? The Raiders do employ white football players.

Why do you assume Fossil thinks that it's only the black Raider fans on food stamps?

You aren't the one who brought up watermelons or food stamps but watermelons and food stamps aren't racist. Tying them specifically to black people is racist and you're the one doing that in this thread.

Okay, I'm done defending myself. Guess I'll have to pull out another card that gets pulled out here quite often and say that "we'll just have to agree to disagree". Yeah I know, it's a copout but I just found it strange to call out racism and in return be called racist for it. You're totally right though, I hear white people watermelon jokes all the time...and food stamps in Oakland was obviously a joke about whites again. My bad.

Who said it was about whites either? You're the one that's making it about race. That's my point.

Only 28% of the population of Oakland is black according to the 2010 census. Why does the food stamp remark have to be specifically about them unless someone makes it about them?

Okay here goes. Sorry Leo for saying "Now go shine my shoes."
    I didn't mean it.
What I meant to say was "Now go get your shinebox."
I was never very good at movie quotes.
Who could turn down fried chicken? Thanks for the offer L19,
I guess I'll bring the grape soda I'm cutting back on the malt liquor...

During the third or 4th quarter, can't remember which, the TV cameras for the network decided to show some of the tailgate activities going on in the parking lot. Not really bothered by seeing a skeleton hanging wearing Chargers colors, but the severed head of a fan with barbed wire around his face and wearing a Chargers hat really showed how classy the networks are, especially with the state of things in the Middle East and the beheadings being conducted by ISIS recently. Very poor judgement on the network's part to show something graphic like that. IMHO
