    Did I hear this correctly?

    The Chargers are soft?!

The 11 and 2 San Diego Super Chargers?!

This is what I heard on the Tailgaters show on XX1090. They said that players in KC are claiming that the AFC West Champion Chargers are soft.

Can this be true? Has anyone else heard this or have an article?

LaDainian Tomlinson said he's looking forward to facing the Chiefs on Sunday to prove a point. The Chiefs not only handed the Chargers one of their two losses this year, but fired off some pointed comments as well. "What sticks out in my mind is them calling us soft last time,'' Tomlinson said. "Obviously as a player when someone calls you soft you don't like it too much. Finesse team, or whatever you want, we are not a soft team, we are not a finesse team. We can play any game that you want us to play. So obviously they beat us, and that was our last loss, but then again they said we were soft. So we'll see.''

The Chiefs are a team that plays like a superbowl contender at home and like a first-pick-of-the-draft contender on the road.

So exactly who is soft here?

All I know is, The Ravens physically beat them up last Sunday at home, and Green was pounded.

I watched the interview with LT where he made these remarks. You should see the look in his eyes. He's truly pissed. Dude is so fired up to finish strong this season and take this team to the Superbowl. He's focusing on one game at a time, but you can tell he knows this team is headed for Miami in February.

Wade is going to have a gameplan for LJ this weekend. Stop the delayed handoffs, screens, and draws. That's how he got all of his yards last time. Those damned delays vs an overaggressive defense. This time around, it'll be very similar to the *** whippin' layed on the donks last weekend.

    42-10 :bolt: :beat: the :kc:'s

friggin dumbest thing the chefs could have done. Call the chargers soft.

Actually I thank the dumb ash chef player or players that said that. The chargers hate. Absolutely hate it if someone disrespects them.

    I found it:

    Finesse team?
Defensive end Tamba Hali might be a rookie, but the Chiefs' No. 1 draft choice apparently is not shy about expressing his opinion.

Responding to a question about the success the Chiefs had against the Chargers' running game, Hali said he wasn't surprised.

“After running the film we didn't think they were as physical as we faced (earlier this year),” Hali said. “The Steelers were physical. We played a physical game there. We were all banged up when we came out of there.

“Looking at the film, we know they (the Chargers) were a finesse team. . . . We didn't think they were that physical a team, so we thought we could get after them.”

Tamba Hali is some kind of guru isn't he? We'll see "soft" come Sunday. The attitude of our team now is much nastier than when we lost to them.:kisskiss:

On NFL Network Herm Edwards commented on this tonight and he seemed pretty friggin arrogant as well. Gawd I can't stand that guy and if we want more info out of gitmo we should make the enemy combatants watch and listen to his press conferences over and over and over......
