    After the comeback I wanted to see a Charger fan hold up a sign at the game that said :

    THIS ONE'S FOR JOHN!!!

    Shanahan's ego has caught up with him. First, Brian Griese, where's he at? Now, Jake Plummer. Shanahan thinks he's a savior for lousy QB's. He hasn't won squat since Elway hung it up, which shows it wasn't about Shanhan but Elway's talent.:bolt:

    Shanahan's never developed a young QB into a great QB. He inherited Elway from Dan Reeves.

    Jay Cutler represents Shanarat's second chance at doing this. He failed with Brian Griese.
