    Game Balls (The Good):
    Melvin Friggin Gordaon
. He is a weapon. went over the century mark for the first time. His vision and speed seem greatly improved this season.
Phillip bleepin gosh golly Rivers... Still cant imagine why some feel he is not an elite QB...
Travis "Frackin welcome aboard" Benjamin. Showed up at the right time, what speed!
Dwight "insert silly words here" Lowry: led the team in tackles and was everywhere.
Casey "not Heyward" Hayward; 2 Ints!
Play mix, very balanced, no let up.

    The Bad
    The injuries
could be very bad, need to see the degree of injury and time missed.

    The Spani:
Nothing really that bad today, unless it is the two injuries.

    Honorable mentions:
    Williams
, great game, need him to step up every game.
    Ingram, great game
    Mebane, solidifying the front
OL, they deserve more love but I dont trust them yet.

    Good
Melvin Gordon - He's the real deal and he earned his first 100yd game
Travis Benjamin - The team will be just fine right now
Matt Slauson - Probably the biggest upgrade on the offense
Orlando Franklin - Probably the biggest improvement outside MG3
Casey Hayward - early lead for best FA pick up this season
Melvin Ingram - two good sacks and only person we have with pressure
Drew Kaser - Much better game

    Bad
Kyle Emanuel - Why are you starting?
Jahleel Addae - Perpetually injured and out of place is no way to play this game
Hunter Henry - he's not doing anything wrong but I have no idea why he's not more involved
Dontrelle Inman - Very unimpressed with his play
Corey Liuget - He's not making any real impact

    Ugly
Mike McCoy - this great game makes the collapse against the Chiefs even more embarassing
Jaguars - Jesus, they're not that bad, are they?
    Kelvin Beachum - Prayers
    Injuries - Goddamnit

If it were me, I'd move some of the OL up from honorable mention to actually "good." Slauson has made a huge difference, as has health.

There is no denying Slauson's impact to the o-line group, brings a nice edge to the play. Franklin's sudden interest in playing much better has been nice as well.

HH has looked good in his blocking TE role.....

Getting Bosa on the field should really help Luiget, as well as the rushing LB'rs.....

Only two weeks, but I am feeling vindicated in predicting 8-9 wins and ranking them 13th.

Emanuel set the edge and did some really good things last week against KC, despite our 2nd half meltdown, which I attribute more to coaching, both on our side and KC.

Henry is very much involved. Rewatch the game, he set up some terrific blocks to get Gordon going throughout the game. His run blocking the last two weeks has been very under appreciated by fans. I'd love to see his run blocking grades. However, I agree, should get more targets in the pass game.

Liuget was very good last week. This week he was quiet, but not much to complain about when the Jags were shut out for 3 quarters. Not like we got man handled in the run game like a week ago in KC.

Remember Whis never figured out how to incorporate Ladarius Green into the passing game either. At least Henry is a very solid blocker, otherwise he'd be riding pine like Green did.

The thin silver lining to Woodheads injury is now WhisCoy can't lean on him like a crutch in obvious 3rd down situations. The ball can go anywhere, which makes us less predictable.

Well with Woodhead out, I think we see some more 2 TE sets, and some over routes in the 12 personnel, even though Woodhead would be very much involved in the 12 personnel, I think we'll be able to find someone familiar with Woodhead's role in the 12 personnel (McCluster/Brown).

Green is a different player than Henry is though. I think the offense was different in 2013 compared to now, in 2016. I think we can become more balanced now, compared to 2013, where we looked to slow the tempo and really run the ball and drain the clock.
