Yes he will at left guard. He can become the most dominant run blocker in the league and his pass protection is getting there. He isn't just a big body, he is a FOOTBALL PLAYER and wants to destroy everyone on the field. He still needs to learn but hey, so does Cro. He will be an all-world guard in 2 years :icon_eek:

Thats your opinion. You also like Timmy Chang who sucks.

Holland isnt that great and Incognito COULD be, but he hasnt done squat in he NFL yet. He is listed as the Rams starting LG but is he an upgrade over Dielman ay this point?

Not MORTY's fault, Rivers was dumping it to outlet receivers because of the tight coverage.... where did you want him to throw? That's why they were playing small ball the first half. The o-line looked lost and confused. What pizzed me off is we were playing Jammer in zone 30% of the time and he sucks in zone coverage and will always give up a chunk of yardage.

I noticed that. I rolled my eyes when Wade had him line up as much as 15 yards off the LOS.

I don't buy that. He's not any better than Dielman at drive blocking, and Goff gets beat too much in pass blocking and can't get finish a block at the 2nd level.

I would tip my hat to GOFF over Dielman in drive blocking anyday. He is not as fast as Dielman which sucks but I like him better than Dielman.

Truth be known is that the our entire starting O-Line is better suited as back ups and not starters.

Goff thinks that the second level is something you hit in a video game after you clear the first.

He is the steadiest of the entire O-Line and fundamentally sound. He is nothing to write momma about but the dude is at least stout.

Something from the UT article today ....

I'm all for trying different combinations, and the one that SHOULD be tried is with Olivea at RG (Goff's slow *** on the bench).

The coaches said they liked MruzCOWskied at OT this offseason. Let's try a line this preseason:

    McNeill - Dielman - Hardwick - Olivea - MacCOWski

.... and Hardwick was 3rd alternate at center for the Pro-Bowl ... and there have been a couple articles pimping Dielman as an up and comer.

I've seen enough of Goff. He's the weakest link on the OL - and that's with Jordan in the game.
