Would anyone have a still shot or video of just how off sides he was? Trying to find it but can't seem to locate it anywhere.

    Thanks!

He was so offsides that even Ed Hockuly would have seen it.

He was so offsides I, in view 40, could see it
and everyone, even the charger haters, are admitting that was one of the worst calls ever

I thought there was gonna be a full on riot at the Q yesterday. GODDAMN it was LOUD after that bullshit. I thought Rivers was gonna snap someone's neck.

From NFL.com highlight video. Not the best since they were highlighting Rivers' slight head movement just before the snap.

Yes, this was a bad non call, but it proved we can beat a good team even when calls don't go our way.

Yeah, even the Bears fans on their own forum, admitted that they got away with one and saved giving up 7 points. That is, unless you think that LT couldn't do a simple dive over the top for a TD from the half-yard line, like he's done many times before.

As LT said in his press conference, the team is more mature to be patient and overcome something like that. Even he himself said that 3 years ago, he would have been seething in the locker room at halftime after being to his lowest output since the 2005 Eagles game.

I think I heard that Ray Charles stuck his hand up out of the grave and threw a yellow hankie.

I was in View 44 and I could see it. Worst call I've ever seen live. Seriously. No hyperbole. The worst.

Yeah that was aweful. If we had lost the game I 'bout guarantee the league would have had to issue a statement or appology or something. But because we won they'll probably forget about it. I thought that was like the second or third time Harris came across early and was easily the most flagrant.

I thought he was going to get flagged for unsportsmanlike conduct. Dude went off. Wow. I had never seen Rivers lose his cool that way.

I have seen players flagged for 15 yards for yelling at the officials like that.

This crew probably didn't see Philip though.

I thought that PR was either going to blow a gasket or get tossed, maybe both.

My Bears-loving co-worker (who lost his bet with me on the game) even brought up this play without my mentioning anything about it. Said it was BS.

He has to buy & sport a Chargers decal on his car for the rest of the season. :icon_rofl:

If you watch the replay, you can see one of the assistant officials near the sideline ask PR if he wants to get thrown out of the game, yet PR continues to rant. He really was lucky we didn't get hit with at least another penalty.

WEll said. How the refs couldn't see the offsides was kind of disturbing. But I think you pegged it. The refs they hired for that game were all leagally blind. The nfl is a equal opportunity employer. And it wouldn't be right to not hire blind people.

NFL.com's highlights of the game shows an overhead shot of it. It's very clear.

There's no good reason for it not to be. Seems like a perfectly reasonable rule change. You don't want to slow down the game by allowing every flinch on offense or defense subject to instant replay. But when it results in a fumble, an exception should be made.

It's not like offsides is a judgement call, like PI. You can tell clearly from the tape what happened.

That's a close up of the breakdown the announcers did in between Chicago's offensive series.
