    Will AJ make a move?

If so, what do you expect?

Me, I'm hoping we can find a way to possibly pick up another pass rushing LB and a SOLID backup for Jamal.

I don't think he'll do anything. Provided Tucker's injury is not too bad I think we are set now, esp with the making of Smith inactive (Go Anthony Waters!!).

Maybe we can trade Wilhelm though?. Betcha Hell freezes over first though.

Nobody is going to trade away a really good back up NT. They are too valuable to part with, unless they will be a major contract headache and the team has a good healthy one in the fold. After last night's game, Jamal appears to have rounded into shape finally, the OLine appears to have jelled, the DB's turned in a fine performance and our newer LB's just need time to mature and merge into the schemes. It would be a tad embarrassing to try and acquire Lamar Divens.

Jamal looked great yesterday, but we still need someone in the fold. Divens should have been given a shot over Tribble, but that's spilled milk. Or not - no one knows how he would have developed.

I don't see the Chargers making any moves.

Yep. I prefer to have all of our draft choices this spring, unless there is a good nose for trade after the season. Otherwise, THIS time around we need fat boys and someone to groom behind LT.

Doubt AJ makes any moves, but id still like him to cut Derek Smith or trade him for a low pick. Anything we can get for him is a possitive.

I'm not much of a drooler, you guys all know that by now.

But I have a hardon for the PITT Sophmore RB Shady McCoy, and I think we need to do whatever is necessary to draft him and place him behind LT next year.

    God I hate that nickname.

McCoy is tough I just hope if we did get him that I dont have to hear "Shady picks up 5, Shady stopped for no gain".....

Yeah, maybe. I am not sure if he is or not but even if he is, Sophomores rarely declare...but it has happened. I wouldnt mind having him but i do hope he stays in school for another year and then we can get him.
I wouldnt mind having Beanie Wells either but we would have to stink to get either guy or give up a ton to trade up and i dont see AJ doing that.
I see us going after a good RB in 2010 before i see it next year. At this point tho, you never know.

I'd rather see us draft a big body on the defensive line, or my preference, a mammoth road grading RG.

Hell if we are shooting for the impossible, why not go after Albert Haynesworth?

I would love to see us pull down Duke Robinson next year.

However you said you wanted a mammoth road grading G look no further than Herman Johnson/LSU/6'5"/351 Lbs!

    Herman is the man!!

With AJs love of LSU players, im already convinced that our first rounder next year will be either Herman Johnson, Tyson Jackson, Ciron Black or maybe even Darry Beckwith

Ya he does have a hard on for LSU players.....?

    IMEO

Jackson will likely be gone by our pick.

Ciron Black I like and could be there, however I would prefer to have Phil Loadholt from Oklahoma.

Herman Johnson is a beast and is like having a Jamal Williams dominating that position....

Might be a bit early for Beckwith, I have him as a mid to late 2nd rounder right now.

    Just my opinion though.

TJ Housh for a 2nd rounder + Wilhelm.

Housh would give Rivers the Peyton Manning arsenal to fulfill the quest.

    maybe next year.

    Sounds good to me!!!

Me and a friend were discussing if Ocho Cinco would be a good idea. I thought "it might." Now that he'd be with a team that can go somewhere, he might tone his buffoon antics down and concentrate more on being an impact player.
But Housh would be a good one too!!
