    1) VJ is in great shape and will be making some big plays for us.
    2) Ajirotutu is making some great catches!
    3) Frank 'the tank' Summers is as big as they say!
    4) Both lines are in great shape. Castillo looks to have put on some upper body mass.
    5) It was AWESOME to be there.
    6) Rivers appears to be amped for the season!
    7) There is a definite air of confidence with the team.

Thanks for sharing those, I will get mine up tonight. How did you get those action shots, I was told to put my camera away when they were doing those drills.

4 minutes ago - by Bob Gretz - Heat takes its toll on Chiefs
After a pleasant morning, the clouds left St. Joseph and the sun was unrelenting as the temps and humidity soared. Players in only their second day of camp struggled. OLB Tamba Hali, RT Barry Richardson and FB Le'Ron McClain didn't finish the practice. Another player was taken off in a cart, covered in towels, his identity unknown. Chiefs RapidReports

    Psh.

Come on down to Dallas. We're in like our 35th straight day above 100. (And where I live we've had about a week straight of 110+)

That's not even counting our heat index :p

We've been having rolling blackouts. Woke up to one this morning. Fridge is out. 2 egss left. I go outside at 6:30 in the morning (when it's already 100 degrees out) and place a skillet down on the sidewalk. I sat there for a few minutes and then started frying me some eggs. Took about 10 minutes each to fully cook em.

I have now literally fried and egg on a sidewalk.

But seriously, the heat is miserable. What I wouldn't give to be out in San Diego right now. According to my weather app, the high was 76 there today. Are you kidding me? We won't get back till the 70's till late October...if we're lucky.

I am so jealous of y'all and your awesome weather.

Thanks for the camp pic's. They need to make sure Philip eats all of his PB&J's and drink lots of milk, he looks like a stick figure out there.

I have spent a few months over seas, Okinawa and Korea during the summer months. I know what a 100 degree day with 100% humidity day feels like.

I lived in Dallas the last time they had 30 days over 100. At least 100 is actually 100. Here 85 feels like 107 with the humidity.

I went active duty Air Force on August 20th 1974, I went straight to Lackland AFB in San Antonio. I walked off the plane at 10:00 at night and the heat hit me.

Last week we had a few days where the ambient air temp was 100 and slightly above, with the humidity and heat index it was 116. Those type days make me long for good old East County and the heat, it may get hot but it sure as hell ain't humid.
