Offense:Rivers Rivers Rivers... Tsk Tsk Tsk, The First play of the game Rivers looking..scanning, Lt open, over throws it interception! Not such a great way to start the game. What is goin on with the dude? The guy just needs to calm down, just look to setup a good drive aiming for first downs, rivers keeps on trying to long ball it and it ends up bouncing off the defenders hands. Our offense is top notch, we just need to be focused on first downs and moving up the field. Also talking about moving up the field, we are definantly not using Lt in the correct plays. Every play he is ordered to just run up the middle, not once has he been asked to mix it up and run left or run to the right, everytime he is just getting so predictable by the defense we really need to mix him up. And the fact is that, its not Lt's fault it is the big man who is telling him to run those plays, who is responsible? And Norv, doesnt see this?

Defense: Where was our number one defense? Shawne Merrmiman did fantastic, but one man cant make up an entire defense. I mean where was our pass protection? Tom brady would lob the ball down 8 or so yards and gain a first down, and EVERY SINGLE TIME, the reciever was wide open, or the defender was way off. And How was their Running back burning our defense for first downs, And LT of all people isnt? Last week Stopping the Run was one of our best things we did last week, and this nobody was running all over our defense? Come On Chargers!! Pass rush and pass protection is a key thing we are going to need to work on this week, we need to be able to find ways to cut through their offensive line to get to the QB. I believe that we can just work on these few things and just tighten up our overall game and not to mention overall confidence, AND play like we KNOW how to play, than we can set up a good drive for our future opponents. I hope Norv can really pull things together, and take away this game as a learning experience. :icon_sad:
