Just got some answers about the roster cuts, but not about everyone who made the team.

My papersheet has two open spaces, but 4 players unknown.

With Williams and Ajirotutu out, ist the 3rd TE Randy McMichael in ?

What about Ryan Ottersen, James Holt and CJ. Spillman. The last one I prefer to make the team.

    Chargers reach 53-man roster
    By Christopher Smith, Chargers.com

a a San Diego released 23 players on Saturday to reach the mandatory roster limit nine days before its season-opener at Kansas City.
SAN DIEGO – The Chargers released 23 players Saturday to reach the mandatory 53-man roster limit.

The remaining group includes 29 players on defense, 21 on offense and three specialists.

Two undrafted rookies, linebacker Brandon Lang and tackle Ryan Otterson, made the team. Receiver Josh Reed and cornerback Nathan Vasher were the most experienced players released.

The Chargers kept six cornerbacks, including the newly-acquired Fred Bennett, whom San Diego claimed off waivers Tuesday. Bennett still has not practiced with the team but played against San Francisco in the preseason finale and made an interception. Other members at the position include Quentin Jammer, Antoine Cason, Donald Strickland, Brandon Hughes and Dante Hughes.

The team kept four backs (Ryan Mathews, Darren Sproles, Mike Tolbert and Jacob Heter) and four receivers (Malcom Floyd, Legedu Naanee, Buster Davis and Patrick Crayton). Crayton came to the Chargers via a trade with Dallas on Friday.

The rest of the roster by position includes two quarterbacks, three tight ends, eight offensive linemen, eight defensive linemen, 10 linebackers and five safeties.

Roster turnover was limited, part of the reason Head Coach Norv Turner has expressed excitement in a group that finished 13-3 last season and won its fourth consecutive AFC West championship. Eleven players that weren’t on the roster last season made the team, including Brandon Hughes, who spent last year on Reserve-Injured. Crayton, Strickland, Bennett and tight end Randy McMichael are the only veterans that played with another team last season.

Five rookies made the roster, including three draft picks. Lang played defensive end at Troy, following Pro Bowl alumni DeMarcus Ware and Osi Umenyiora, and stormed to 18 sacks as a junior and senior.

He’ll be expected to switch to outside linebacker with the Chargers, but his biggest contributions could come on special teams. He blocked a punt that resulted in a safety against the Bears in the preseason opener and recovered a fumble against the 49ers.

Otterson overcame a strained MCL that relegated him to the sideline during OTAs (Organized Team Activities). He’s the only rookie offensive lineman on the roster.

Otterson started at left tackle for three years at Wyoming and played at the position during the preseason

    Are you F'n kidding me?

Jyles Tucker, Alphonso Boone, Daunte Hughes made the team?
    We only have 4WRs?
    We only have 3 OTs?
    We only have 4 RBs?

Should have cut D. Hughes and/or Jyles Tucker, and kept Jeremy Williams. No way in hell he makes it too our pracitice squad, I could see a team like Oakland taking a flyer.
