    That's like breaking into someone's house, eating spoiled food and then suing the home owners for food poisoning. Pathetic.

    This is BS.

    By that logic, if I buy a Smith & Wesson, and shoot myself, I should be able to sue the gun company for making an unsafe product. :unsure:

    One of these days somebody who gets sued for something like this should counter-sue for stupidity.

    Claim that the stupidity of the others' actions, which lead to a lawsuit, unnecesarily cost them money.
