We need to hold him responsible for this. Ever since his verbal onslaught on the Pats fans (as funny as it was:lol: )....this team has never been the same.

Kind of like wishing an injury to another teams player.:icon_evil:

Damn you Trumpie!:censored: :trout: :conc: :deadhorse: :beat:

    Mother fuc-ker.

I just got home and from this day forward - **** has changed.

You all witnessed the same game and as I said, if we lose this game, **** will come unglued at the seams.

Some would say "put a fork in it" and some would say "biitch has no heart beat" and I would agree with both of them.

What I witnessed today only gave me more ammunition for that coveted "body of work" to say unequivocally, our coaching staff sucks fuc-king ***.

The goddamn Spanos family wants to get out of town by tanking our season?

They can get the fuc out. No need to perform the way they did as 12 point favorites anymore for this fan.

From here forward, this season is about beating the Raiders and just having fun.

    Anyone who disagrees, too bad.

After today's loss, forget about any post season play let alone a winning season.

Our team sucksass. Yeah - our team sucks ***.

We could not beat these pricks on our own home court speaks volumes.

A.J. needs to FIRE THE WHOLE MOTHER FUC-KING STAFF.

    FUC THIS **** !!!!!

Oh and you pusssies who think this is chicken little and the godddamnn piss ant sky is falling angle, can swallow my unborn & FU in the c-u-l-o.

The season's not over by a long shot, we're still only one game out of first.

We are behind the Raiders. The mother fuc-king Raiders.

A.J. needs to fire this goddamn staff and right now.

    Enough is enough.

    Today was beyond pathetic.

"A.J. Smith made one monumental miscalculation this offseason and now he is reaping the repercussions. He assumed his team had 14-win talent and brought in a cast of coaching castoffs to keep the systems in place on both sides of the ball. Smith figured that in the same systems, the same players could deliver the same results.

What Smith didn’t account for is that his team never had 14-win talent. Marty Schottenheimer coached up that team and made it perform above and beyond its natural abilities. Enter Norv Turner -– and A.J. Smith’s ego –- and look how fast it comes crumbling down. "

Does AJ have the balls to admit a mistake ? :icon_shrug:

I think he does and some of you would not agree.

A.J. evaluates things at the end of a season but with a stadium push, he may be forced to reconcile the bank account by the BYE or soon there after which means a few wannabe coaching hotshots may have a turn at the helm sooner than all of us expect.

could have sworn AJ just said in an interview the other day that AJ evaluates the season in QUARTERS and asked the interviewer to be patient and wait for the end of the KC game which makes this the end of the 1st quarter of the season. wonder what AJ has to say now and whether he will admit he made horrible decisions.. but I know he won't admit ****. the only reason AJ has his job is his scouting ability which is fantastic, but he sucks as a GM.

Can you hire another teams assistant as Head Coach during the season?

Think about it. If A.J. goes up to Dean-o and says "boss, I know I was GM Exec of the Year and all but I may have fuc't up by hiring Norv".

A.J. paves his way for a minor stumble.

Getting quality GM's in the NFL is not easy and the brother has proven his mettle to get the goods. AJ does not have to be all huggy kissy to be a good manager.

AJ's ego has been called out but what GM does not have an ego when there are only 30 some odd NFL teams?

You have to have a pretty healthy ego to dance the dance but I have not seen it as a hinderance for A.J. and that is probably because I have worked for SOB's who would fuc thier own mothers over to get ahead.

I think we're seeing it, before this season this was a true statement but this coaching disaster is ALL (that is 100%) on AJ, it's his mess, he needs to fix it hiring a good coach (and coordinators) next year

I can not imagine ever in my lifetime one single solitairy Chargers fan ever muttering the words,

"we should've given Norv more than four games in 07"

That being said, it's damn near a disgrace allowing him to pretend to coach this team any longer. I don't want his head because I'm so sick and disgusted over today's loss, his head needs to be severed from this organazation because it's obvious he is uncapable of winning.

    Next year? Fuc that.

Give the NEW coaches a head start by working them in THIS YEAR. That way next year, they already have some sort of track history.

I just gave you all of my boltcash and suggest perhaps purchasing an amplifier for your trumpet, if you get a chance try and play the notes of this thread in A.J's hearing aid.

I heard his trumpet as I was leaving the bud power party tent. If I had to guess, it had to have been better than the game itself.:icon_sad:

Brother brought a grill and was a big time help cooking up the grub. Props to him.

Teams can block someone from being interviewed until after their season is complete.

Yup, if we want a new HC now, we'll have to draw from a pool that no one else wants, or else get an unexperienced one from college. :icon_eek:

Yep. Steelers could block us from interviewing him until after this season.
