Sproles won't be on the team.

With Turner coming back to return KO's, and the team drafting a punt returner (that AJ, Nix, and Norv all made reference to after he was drafted)... C-Ya, Darren.

Depends on what Sproles contract status is.

I think AJ keeps him as the 3rd running back to be LT's backup when Turner leaves next year.

we need another guard - Jeremy Sheffey, OL, West Virginia or
    Mike Jones (OG/OT), Iowa, 6-5 300, 5.46 - who can play both...

didn't leave him out (Robertson) - just didn't consider him viable... Jones is the highest rated guy, I have listed of this group, by alot... I like Big 10 lineman, they play smashmouth...

which is why Olivea made it...:icon_eek:

edit: I was really hoping they'd bring in my boy Joel Filani instead of Jarrett Hicks... :icon_sad:

I would think that Antwan Applewhite, Reggie Meriweather or Germaine Race and Eric Robertson would be the best bets for the PS. If Lekkerkerker is as close to the surface of the bubble as I think, then there's room for another O lineman. I don't see any upgrades at the skill positions on offense and no real improvement on Defense in the UDFAs. The fifth practise squad guy would be which ever Tackle shows something and stays healthy. I figure they are going to stash three offensive lineman on the PS, unless Meriweather and Race both show ability.

    Yup.

    Sproles has to go.

I like the fact Chispa started a thread to push the neanderthals to think football and the killer part is that she is a chick. :icon_eek:

Yup. They can spend two years maximum on the practice squad before they are no longer eligible to be placed on that squad.

No - I saw that and it was just one of those multi-tasking mistakes you made.

I read it and then poo-poo'd it because I knew you knew better but dicqueheads like Shamrock wanted to bust your balls over it.

I know better because I have "the force" guiding my *** harder.

Now you ask "where do the new guys fit in"?

We will let you know after the rookies witness the carnage of the fans on their asses and if the Oklahoma drills will stick around to measure sack.

Right now these awipes are not worthy to grace my field. They are the lowest forms of human effing life until we say they are not. :football: :drama:

Don't be shocked if Sproles sticks. Norv is an offensive guy and if he sees potential in Sproles as a 3rd down back, he may just stick.

It may come down to his play in the preseason. I believe Marty used him wrong in 2005. Running a tiny guy straight into the line is suicide. Norv may find productive ways to use him.

I'd like to see Weddle moves to FS, Mcree back to SS but still have Mcree make backfield calls

Davis goes to slot unless somehow he can beat Parker and I doubt that

    Waters on PUP

Chandler on the roster but inactive most of the year working on this blocking and strength

    Naane to the PS

    Silfer to the PS

Naanee and Chandler will both make the team. As others have mentioned I think Sproles may be the odd man out. I think there is also the possibility of a UDFA OLB to beat out Marques Harris, I don't know why, but I just get that feeling.
