    Steelers vs Rams

First reaction would be to cheer for the Rams, but not so fast...

A steelers loss would mean very little (if at all) in regards to the 3rd. seed, this would be a NFC loss, if the Chargers lose one of their next 2 games their conference record would be the same as the steelers (assuming both go 1-1 in their las 2 games), next tie-breaker is common games, Chargers lead now by 1 game but the steelers still play the ravens and the Chargers still play the broncos.

Also, a steelers loss would open the door for the browns to get the division, consequently droping the steelers to 6th seed, where they would play the Chargers.

So right now I'm cheering for the steelers to win their division, end up the 4th seed and have the Chargers play the browns in the first round.

Some of you will say, bring on whoever, although I agree, I think the Chargers would come out healthier from playing the browns than playing the hard hitting steelers.

So, who are you cheering for?

I think the Stillers have lost a bit of their bite this year and don't seem to be as tough as they once were. Having said that bring on the Clowns.

Steelers. It doesn't really matter to us, so I'll pull for Polamalu & Co.

Screw Sanders. When is Polamalu's contract up??

I would MUCH rather play the Steelers than the Browns. The Browns offense is insane; just the type that could give us fits.

The Steelers are 2-4 on the road this year. They are also looking like a team that is on it's way down, not up. I would love to see them round one.

Yeah, but the Steelers have a lot of veteran players with postseason experience.

I would much rather face a "Cinderella" Browns team in the first round, travelling to play in our house. I think they have like 3 players who've ever been in a playoff game before.

And if we can get over the hump and win that first playoff game, the sky's the limit for this Charger team.

Maybe, maybe not. The Browns also might come in and play the game of their lives on an adrenaline high. If we are going to make any noise this January, neither of these teams should pose much of a challenge.

And fuq that, it's in my DNA to root against the Steelers. I hate that team.

I agree. The Browns offense is very good, but their defense is not. We would score a bucket load against them. The Browns also have very little postseason experience.

Let's just leave it I am hoping the Rams keep it within a TD.

    Rams +7.5. Gl.

One last thing: The Steelers finish the season on back to back roadies. They would be exhausted travelling on the road - cross country - for a third straight week in that Wild Card Game.

No worries, though. We all have our vision of what we would like to see.

If Parker is done, so too are the Steelers. Done as in we are staring at the Titans.
