Naturally this only matters if the Bolts take care of business against Denver. Since it will be decided the Saturday before the Bolts play I ask it now. As for me I would prefer to avoid bad weather so it is not a factor in the outcome of the game so I will be pulling for the Colts.

I'd really just like to root for them to get there at this point BUT for conversations sake... I'd vote Pats. Something very sweet about an opportunity to lay that demon to rest, winning in NE for a chance to win it all.

I'm with Sydalish completely word for word. I just hope to get there but if we do, I want the Pats. I want Rivers to finally get that win against Brady and at New England of all places.

    But first things first.

Well if you are with him please vote that way. Because right now their is one vote for the Pats and if you were the one who have voted for them then I apologize.

    this one is hard!

Chargers may be in the head of the Colt's from past domination but the Pats are depleted...I'll say Colts then because there won't be any excuses

We've sort of shaken of the Freezer bowl, and I want revenge for the AFC Championship game a few years back. Bring on the patsies.

I'll take Luck over Brady myself.

No bullshit about beating the best to be the best, just get to the SB man.

There are two ways to look at this question; pragmatic vs. payback. For the moment, I have to go with pragmatic and say the Colts. Once Rivers has that first ring, he can think about new and creative ways to keep Belichick awake at night. He's probably not going to steal Brady's woman.

The Pats do not scare me this year, but I really like the idea of playing the Colts in the dome. I think Rivers would light it up.

I hate to say it but all the remaining teams scare me. But I think that is because I am optimistic and should be more cautious. I like how this team has gelled, and the locker room appears to be unified where in the past it was small islands of people.... Gotta play the games, first have to get past Denver...

I don't care about proving anything I just want the Bolts to get a Lombardi before I pass away(not that that is imminent, but you never know). I want the Bolts to avoid having to fight bad weather and the opposing team so I choose the Colts and their big barn.

Think of how special an AFCCG in New England would be for Danny Woodhead, against the last team to just let him go...

with as much as I would like to go into New England and kick Brady's butt. I voted Indy. That game would be inside. How many cold games do you want these guys to play, AND the Super Bowl this year is in New York. I would think they would welcome a warm break.

I'm shocked that the Pats are not miles ahead in the poll.

To get a chance to beat them in the AFC Championship wow. All memories of Nate, Norv and McCree would be banished forever.

Revenge is overrated. I think we match up quite well with the Pats, but I'd rather play the Colts in the dome if we get that far. Denver, to me, is the toughest team remaining in the AFC. So if we knock them off this weekend, I will feel very confident headed into the AFC title game wherever it's played.

Brady and Belichick have been to 5 SBs for a reason.

Also it's outside in the cold (where Brady has been excellent) against a team that runs the ball just as well as us...I just don't buy that they aren't scary.

I just find the Colts scarier to be honest. They're a much more unpredictable team than the Patriots. With New England we would know what to expect when they step out onto the field.

Well, as I rule, I can't think of anything much more justifiably scary than Brady + Belichick + Gillette Stadium…

but after viewing Indy's very fortunate comeback, Saturday, that the Colts' leader has two big horseshoes on his helmet,
+ another horseshoe on his jersey, and is actually named "Luck" for godssakes…well that can't be good to go up against!

    Agreed.

IF we take care of business this week - whoever is next doesn't reeeeally matter to me - just in a perfect world, a little revenge/justice(?) would be fun.
