Seems like a strange tourney with everything else going on. Do the top teams always send their best?

Just poking fun at the hapless hosers.
As far as Martinique, a quick glance at the associated club teams on their roster suggests they could give the France B team a run. How many of les mecs were born in Martinique (recognizing the 1996 Hull/Deadmarsh Effect...)?

Bamberg wins today 1-0 over Furth. Taking sole possession at the top of the table (although a few other teams have a game in hand). Bamberg is 2-0-1. Both wins at home, 1 draw on the road. Next game at Ingolstadt.

    Where'd I finish last year?

    Should I do this again?

I think I'd rather go Indian cricket fantasy league...seems like random might pay off more there...

Speaking of Chelsea, how do you see Andre Schürrle fitting in. Chelski already has Mata, Hazard, Lampard, Oscar, and Ramires. Do you see Andre Schürrle as a 60-70th minute sub or as a starter?

Would they move Andre Schürrle up front even though they have Lukaku, Ba, and Torres, or keep him in the midfield.

Hello there Futbol connoisseur's of the "World game" ............

did you lad's see the reaction down here to Liverpools appearance ?

Over 95,000 attended "an exhibition match" against the the local Melbourne Victory team at the MCG....

Do yourself a favour and find the rendition of "You'll never walk alone" on Youtube that was sung before the game, spine-tingling stuff.

Many on talkback radio and TV shows here were calling it one of the most memorable moments in the stadiums history, not sure I'd go that far, like many things these days, things tend to be exaggerated to suit an agenda, but it was indeed an incrdible moment for certain.

I saw it Jack-O. Liverpool is blech and hoark to me. I'm not for the anthem, but I do see how some people are pulled into it. The most spine-tingling anthem that Ive seen (in person) was at a FC Koln game. Now that was riveting and impressive.

    How's thing in Aussie land?

This one was taken from my own cam from my seat. Just soak it in.

Speaking of bletch and hoark... guess what my Bridgestone Moment is going to be tonight.

Hello there connoisseur of the non-World game. I watched the Tigers get absolutely hosed by the Swans. Most painful indeed considering it was tied at 33 after the 1st quarter.

Ah, well... the Gold Cup was more meaningful 2 years ago. But I'll take the win of course. Panama was a formidable opponent. I hope they make the World Cup.

    Thanks again Sandy.

Totally expected mate, they are improving, albeit slowly, but the Swans are one hell of a team, was quite happy they got within 10 goals of them to be honest.

Pussycats, Hawks and Swannies will fight it out for the flag mate, the others are nothing more than warm bodies, there to make up the numbers and fill the coffers of the AFL . ;)

Nice Droopy, yep, nothing quite like your teams song being blasted out in full voice, is there.

As a kid I was fortunate enough to see my beloved Richmond Tigers win 5 premierships between the age of 7 - 20 and to sing the Club Song and be apart of a 100,000 strong crowd back in those days, was as good as it ever gets.

Very impressionable images stamped in the memory when your a kid.

Things are fine down here, just working the days away as per usual.

Where are you these days by the way ? ....... back in Vegas by any chance ? .............Im a very good chance to be in town during late October, so if your home, let me know.

There'll be one hell of a punch line if she doesn't live up to her spruiking about how wild she gets in Vegas, let me tell you.

Any chance you could get in touch with the Zimbabwean Twin Nut-twisters to see if they are available for a free-for-all weekend in Vegas ??? :D

So.... I get to have a 3-some in Vegas.... or a 5-some? Crazy things have happened in my jaccuzi. Don't worry, the water will be replaced and fresh when you get here.
